If you have written an eBook in the Microsoft Word format, it is fairly easy to publish it in the EPUB format.
- Convert Word to HTML. Use one of the following word processors to open your Word document (.doc) and save it
as an HTML document (any file name): Microsoft Office Word or OpenOffice Writer.
It is important to use proper Heading numbers in your word processor to format the headings of parts, chapters, or sections in your book (more info).
- Add book information. After you login to the publishing area, you can add book info under "Add a New Title".
In the "Publisher" field, do not enter our company's name. If your book has no publisher,
just leave it blank and we will use author's name as the publisher (i.e., self-published).
- Publish your book. After the book info has been added, you will see its title listed under "Added Titles". Click the title, a publishing page will appear,
where you can upload the HTML document, make an EPUB book and publish your eBook.
